[arm-allstar] Echolink issue

Hi Justin,
I'm not sure what the issue is, from the Asterisk CLI (admin menu option
#11) are you seeing any echolink error messages (it may take a few minutes
for them to show up).
Also, I'm using these servers:
server1=server1.echolink.org
server2=server2.echolink.org
server3=server3.echolink.org
