[arm-allstar] Echolink issue

I'm trying to get Echolink working on v1.5 and having trouble. The node 
shows up in the Echolink status page on the website (K0JWH-R) but cannot 
be found by phone or PC clients as being online.

In modules.conf I have: ;noload=chan_echolink.so

which I believe the semicolon means that it will load.
