[arm-allstar] Playnews "Now" command

Robert,

 I wrote playnews so if you have any questions I think I can answer them.

The instructions are in the script but here is the answer to your question.
This assumes your node is 40000. Obviously sub your node.

/etc/asterisk/playnews ARN now 40000

when run at the Linux prompt would play the news immediately. It does take
a minute or two to download and sort to individual files so this would not
exactly immediate. A better way would be to set a time and do it ahead. So
lets say you wanted to play the news at 2000. So at say 1955 or before you
would at the Linux prompt do:

/etc/asterisk/playnews ARN 20:00 40000

The news would start at 20:00 or 8 PM.
