[arm-allstar] Playnews "Now" command

I have set up weekly scheduled crontab tasks to play the ARN and ARRL news,
which works great.
It is unclear to me how to make the proper command line entry to start the
playnews script for playing ARN or ARRL news immediately or at a specific
time for one time. If someone can clarify how to do so I would be very
appreciative.
