[arm-allstar] Need help changing IP address

It is fine to edit manually *IF* you know what you are doing. Most should
not do this but rather use the script to do it for them. Getting something
wrong could render a system unusable via the network and force you to use a
monitor and keyboard to recover.

When using wireless you should use DHCP. Most people should not need to
change the network setting from the initial default DHCP no matter what
connection type they are using.

I just did not want it to be implied that people should be messing with
system files unless they know what they are doing.
