[arm-allstar] Need help changing IP address

Doug/John,

Rather than running netsetup.sh to make network changes, I manually edit 
/etc/systemd/network/eth0.network using vi. I also manually edit 
/etc/systemd/network/wlan0.network after setting up the RP3's wifi 
should changes be needed in my setup.

In the past I've had issues with text editors other than vi.
