[arm-allstar] Need help changing IP address

I don't know what you mean by saving the file? When you make changes using
netsetup.sh it is written to the SD card and will be that way the next time
you boot. If that is not happening then something else is wrong. Either you
manually changed something before doing it that way or you have a bad card.

Are you using a Pi? What version of the code are you running?
