[arm-allstar] RPi3 TX/RX issues

Josh,

We don't do anything in the Allstar code with the built-in audio. We use
USB FOBS for Allstar audio. So I am not sure what you are referring to.
What is it you want to do with the internal audio? It is usually directed
to the HDMI port by default but we do not use it. Remember this is
Archlinux. You can confirm if the problem is from Asterisk/Allstar by
booting without it. Comment the call in /etc/rc.local.
