[arm-allstar] Need help changing IP address

Some time ago I set up my node on a raspberry pi 2 and gave it a static IP
address. Due to some changes in the network configuration at my home, I
need to either change that static IP address or change to DHCP. When I edit
/etc/systemd/network/eth0.network and then reboot, the file reverts to the
same contents as before.
Obviously I am taking the wrong approach to changing the IP address.
What should I be doing?
