[arm-allstar] Will not show busy in iaxrpt

I do not understand what you are seeing. iaxrpt only shows busy if you try
to connect while a channel is busy otherwise it displays OK. Even if it
says busy it still connects. If it connects why does it matter what it
says. This has absolutely nothing to do with the image. This is an iax
connect like any other iax connect which is what we use for Allstar. If you
can't connect you have something configured wrong.
