[arm-allstar] Will not show busy in iaxrpt

Strangely this happen again after i setup the wifi and a few other
things not sure what happen.. may have to re-image and start over...
My other node you can see "busy set call =1" then "busy clr call =1"
within the iaxrpt windows program log..... on this node you dont see the
set just the clear...
