[arm-allstar] Will not show busy in iaxrpt

If you connect the IaxRpt to your node and there is a keyed up condition, it will show "BUSY" instead of OK until the key-up condition clears. . Somehow I think this is part of the elusive Scan function from IaxRpt's previous life.

  If you are using the Windows iaxrpt there is no busy indication in the
iaxrpt window other than the transmit icon lighting up red when you select
it. You will also see audio levels in the mic bar graph at the top. On RX
you will also see bar graph indication but nothing else. Is that what you
are referring to?

Is it connecting? Do you get an OK for state in the status screen when you
connect?
