[arm-allstar] Will not show busy in iaxrpt

In order to scan two nodes in iaxrpt it needs to know when a system has
activity.. one of my nodes show busy state when there is activity on the
radio side and the other does not.. I can only hear whats happening on
that node when its selected.. when i first installed the image it worked
then it stopped working.. No big deal i will keep working on it....
seems by your response most doesn't show busy when activity is on the
node anymore..

You will also see
audio levels in the mic bar graph at the top. On RX you will also see bar graph indication but nothing else. Is that what you are referring to? Is it connecting?
