Is there a way to change the default pause between characters or is that 
pause encoded into the sound files?

I have one repeater that I created the voice id when Google TTS was 
working and it sounds natural.

I have another one that I just setup that uses the voice id using the 
asterisk sound files.  This one seems really slow spitting out the 
repeater id.
