[arm-allstar] For wifi configurations, is there a file I'm overlooking?

Buddy,
The reason to use static or reserved DHCP is port forwarding. In your case
it does not matter because I doubt you can have port forwarding in the way
you are using it. You can connect out but other cannot connect in. On a
portable node there is rarely if ever a need to connect in. I tell people
to connect from there portable to there home or a fixed node and others can
connect there to reach you.
