Kerry,
Give the group a bit more detail about your situation...
If you're new to Allstar there may be those who assume many people are
past the initial learning curve which isn't always the case.
What version of Allstar are you running?
Is the software the hamvoip version or Dial Version?
How did you access your node to configure it? Using direct connections
to the Pi2 or a network connection on your local network?
Since you mentioned control via a Web Interface what operating system
are you using? Linux or Windows?
Are you currently able to login to the node and get to a command line
prompt?
What is your node number?
A little more info makes a difference in what people send on here to
assist you. Especially if you are new to all this.
