[arm-allstar] DTMF Tones

Kerry,
Disregard my last message. I looked up your node number and see you are
not as new to Allstar as I first thought.
I tried connecting to your node 46740 It shows it is online but it
replies the connection failed.
Since Doug has pointed you in the right direction I will just follow
along reading to hear your solution.
