[arm-allstar] Portable Node

Yes I have one in another node. These don't get hot. Im planning on
checking the voltage again but it still doesn't explain why the issue only
happens when there's no internet connection. Plan on seeing if I can
duplicate on my other nodes when I get home but turning off the home
network.
