[arm-allstar] Odd Issue With Hamvoip 1.5 - Yaesu FT-8800R and Baofeng GT-3TP

 Two possibilities come to mind.  If your Baofeng’s are encoding PL be sure
you have the PL filter turned enabled on your node. The other thing is
deemphasis. If your node sounds tinny or bassey to users on connected nodes
then you may need to change your deemphasis.
