[arm-allstar] One way audio

Hi All
I have one server with one node as radioless and using as a hub which I
connect my 2nd node to the hub and 2 other nodes that are owned by others
to the hub node, for the last week one or the other nodes by others will
work fine for hours ok and then one of them or the other will only have
audio to the hub but not back to the remote user node, disconnect and
reconnect and all is working again. What should I look at to find what the
problem is, I have checked the internet at all points for packet drops,
latency and Jitter.
