[arm-allstar] dtmf tones

I have not changed anything in the rpt.conf file. I did not know anything about that file let alone change anything. lol     

Doug we talked the other day on the repeater on my way to work on Tuesday or so. Anyhow when I hit the DTMF pads those lines come up yes each and every one of them. 

so where does one go from here?
