[arm-allstar] Noise problem

I just set up 2 nodes to link 2 repeaters. The nodes are using Alinco mobiles to talk to the repeaters. Both nodes are setup identical but I am getting a significant amount of noise on one of the links going into the network side. The receive audio from the repeater is clear with no noise. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions on a fix?
