[arm-allstar] Need help - Unexplained noise at startup or asterisk restart

Doug,

  Based on what you are describing I don't have an answer if it is working
well once it gets past the problem. It sounds like something is obviously
keying it up. I am not familiar with the RIM. The DMK has a red PTT light.
Does the RIM have one also? I did not find anything attached.
