[arm-allstar] Need help - Unexplained noise at startup or asterisk restart

Yes, the RIM has a PTT indicator and its ON during the noise. A couple of
comments on the other list (app_rpt-users) suggest looking at the PTT/COS
logic and lines more carefully. WIll try that tonight.
