[arm-allstar] More on Zoiper on the iphone

That appears to be for Windows OS - PC

1. Introduction Zoiper holds its configuration in an XML file with UTF-8
encoding. The file is called 'Config.xml' and is located in the
%APPDATA%\Zoiper folder. (This usually translates to 'C:\Documents and
Settings\Current Windows user\Application Data\Zoiper'. ) This document
explains the structure and the tags used in the Zoiper configuration file.

I am not aware of a way to access the file system on iOS without a jail
break, either.
