[arm-allstar] Portable node

I setup a portable node basically following the webpage W0FCM put out. I
also followed Doug's "really simple usb fob mod". The most I can get for TX
audio using simpleusb-tune-menu is about 2.5 kHz. I checked to make sure
the radio is programmed for wide band. What are other people seeing for
audio levels? Either I've done something wrong or this is most people see
out of these radios.
