[arm-allstar] IP addresses disconnecting

Pete,

  It is likely that if this a nefarious happening it is coming in on RF on
your repeater. I am assuming you are using *73 - permanent connect when
connecting to other nodes? If you are using just *3 it is vulnerable to any
internet connection failure between you and whomever you are connected to.

One option you have is to change the disconnect function code in rpt.conf.
In the functions section the permanent disconnect code is -

71=ilink,11

which means *71<node> is the disconnect.  Changing the 71 to some other
more obscure code would help. Using the letter codes A,B,C,D would be a
good idea.

You would also want to change the *76 code also.
