[arm-allstar] Recompiling app_rpt for rxnotch

I am running RPi2 Image - http://hamvoip.org/RPi2/RPi2_V1.01_Allstar.img.zip
I would like to turn on the rx notch function to block CWIDs from my UHF
backhaul links. I have instructions as to how to recompile for DIAL, but
can't find the notch.c file to include in the recompile. Can someone list
how to recompile for rxnotch?
