[arm-allstar] Two node system

With the help of a local ham on allstar too. He pointed out my problem in
the rpt.conf. I am using 4568, if you do not specify that in your node
statement, it will assume 4569.

Using someone's example.

27225=radio at 127.0.0.1:4568/27225,NONE
29014=radio at 127.0.0.1:4568/29014,NONE

Problem solved, thanks for the replies.
