On the Quantar...where are you pulling your audio from.. What pin, on which port? There are a number of places on the rear panel... what connector are you using.??

You can chase your tail or you can set the audio per procedure. Unfortunately the prober procedure requires a service monitor. But if you have one or can borrow one (and the person who knows how to use it) it's a simple procedure. 
Do the TX side first using the toggle feature of simple-usb to make the reference test tone and adjust for 3khz dev on the service monitor.
On the RX side insert a 3khz tone with the service monitor and adjust the ASCII meter to the 3Khz setting. 
That's it. No more futzing around with levels. AllStar rocks!

We have recently added a Uri with the Beaglebone to a quantar at a location. We have great audio going out to the network but for some reason we are experiencing low audio coming from the network on the quantar. We have tried rx boost set to 0 and 1 with no change. We have also tried adjusting it through simpleusb.config with no change. Also we tried adjusting simpleusb_tune_usb.config and no change. We have another site with the same configuration but that one has a controller and we are able to make the difference up adjusting the audio as needed on the port the uri is connected to.
