 Did you register with voicerss and get the api key? Did you edit the config file and add api key?

      I did follow the instructions on that page, I am using and set up
      voicerss.org. I am simply asking why the output for 'tts_audio.sh
      test.txt' is 

      

      "Failed to convert mp3 file to wav audio file (lame decode
      failure)

      script

           You need to read the current tts howto on the hamvoip.org web
          page. It describes how to setup the tts in the latest code.
          Note this may change yet again in future code. This uses the
          voicerss system which is described there. Other options are
          also described.
