[arm-allstar] tts help

I did follow the instructions on that page, I am using and set up 
voicerss.org. I am simply asking why the output for 'tts_audio.sh 
test.txt' is

"Failed to convert mp3 file to wav audio file (lame decode failure)
 > > One of the downloaded segments may be bad. Please retry script
 > > and check internet access...
 > > Aborting
