With a low-pitched CTCSS (e.g. 77 Hz) some radios require the tone to be
input to a different part of the circuit than the normal (voice) audio.
Some versions of Allstar have the capability of putting the tone on one
output and the voice on the other output. This is quite valuable if you
have such a radio in your repeater.
