[arm-allstar] Wireless updated

The wireless package and howto have been updated. The new package is:

wget http://hamvoip.org/downloads/hamvoip-wireless-config-0.1-7.pkg.tar.xz

pacman -U hamvoip-wireless-config-0.1-7.pkg.tar.xz

If this is a first time install of the wireless package on the Pi3 you will have to use --force 
pacman -U --force hamvoip-wireless-config-0.1-7.pkg.tar.xz

This includes the space in SSID and open wireless fixes.
