[arm-allstar] Portable node set up to proxy: what am I missing?

Hi Doug,

Sorry, I forgot to mention that. It's a Pi 2 with some wifi dongle (I can get that if you need it). I may get a better idea what's going on once the hotspot gets here. BTW....that's a FreedomPop thingy so glad that people have had good luck with those. I feel like I'm very close with setting up the proxy, but not so much with modifying the wifi. When Peter (G7RPG) built this hotspot for me, he set up the initial wifi configuration. May ask him tomorrow if I can't figure it out before.
