[arm-allstar] Portable node set up to proxy: what am I missing?

Buddy,
If at all possible I would recommend getting the Pi3. All the code is
more designed to work with the internal wifi on the Pi3 which works well.
It is just a matter of switching out your SD card and I/O and it will work
the same. Download the wifi package and follow the directions.
