[arm-allstar] RPi3 TX/RX issues

Good Morning All,
Rather new to the RPi world, but eager to dig deeper and get an
optimized Allstar system running.

Running Arch Linux 4.1.19-5

I am having an issue with responses to DTMF commands. Using
SimpleUSB-Tune-Menu, my USB Fob (a RALI 3 Module) has good RX signal,
transmits good 1K Pulse Tones... all the standard stuff seems to
pass....... However, "Echo" does not function, and all commands
received thru the Radio via DTMF will not "play" or transmit until I
unplug the USB Fob, then connect it again.

Any ideas? Please ask questions to get a more clear picture, if you need to.
