[arm-allstar] No Node Connect

It is registering but it look like you are correct on not writing the file.
[root at ws5b /]# grep 43934 /tmp/rpt_extnodes
grep: /tmp/rpt_extnodes: No such file or directory

My provider is Hughes Net that give me a lot of problems with not
being able to connect to my node from the outside.
