[arm-allstar] No Node Connect

Chris,

 It sounds like you are not getting the database download. See if the
/tmp/rpt_extnodes file is being written. Not getting any response would
indicate it is not there. It should be written almost immediately at boot.
It does take up to 10 minutes for a connect to be successful but you should
get a connection failed message until the node you are connecting to has
been updated with your node information.

You can query the /tmp/rpt_extnodes file for a specific node by doing -

grep node /tmp/rpt_extnodes

[root at wa3dsp-27225-hub ~]# grep 27225 /tmp/rpt_extnodes
27225=radio at 67.165.29.63:4569/27225,67.165.29.63

If you are not getting the database then my question would be what is your
internet connection and provider?
