[arm-allstar] No Node Connect

Chris,

 Another thing occurred to me, is your node registering? If not you would
not get the node list.

do  'iax2 show registry'  in the client.  If it is not registering then
check your node number and node PW in iax.conf against your info at
allstarlink.org
