[arm-allstar] Rasberry PI3 wifi/wired connection confuses scripts

Well, if you are hard wired, you can disable the WiFi.
If you are using WiFi, just don't connect an ethernet cable, and it won't
be used.
Works well for me, no issues with IP reporting.
