[arm-allstar] Rasberry PI3 wifi/wired connection confuses scripts

Hi Jeff,

We're working on an improved set of network management tools, which would 
allow sayip.sh and other scripts to function more elegantly.

These tools will be introduced as part of the V1.5 release.
