[arm-allstar] Rasberry PI3 wifi/wired connection confuses scripts

Hello,
I have a rasberry PI3 running allstar as a simplex node through an 888.  I
don't know yet if I'll be using wireless or lan, but if they are both
running it confuses scripts like sayip.sh which checks for a local network
connection using the ip command but gets confused with two parameters (wan0
and lan0).  I suppose the obvious obtion is to disable one or the other.
I'm a bit of a newbie and am wondering if someone has come up with a more
elegant solution.  Not that it has to be elegant...
