  Sorry about that. I forgot it was already in the downloads -

As for saying things, if it is not in the Alison library then you will have
to create it with TTS.  There are many places where you can do one time tts
translations on the web. I did  "you are connected to the win system"  here

and it sounded very good. If you don't have access here is the file. You
will need to convert it to use with Allstar.
