[arm-allstar] DTMF problem

This install is just from the normal download. I used the setup script 
to get going and then had to fine tune some things to get it to work 
right with my setup. I will go back in a play with the times again and 
maybe set it at 1 to see if that changes anything for me. I'm such a 
newbie at this Linux thing I wouldn't even begin to know how to bring 
files over from ACID.. lol

Right now I am using a Maxtrac as a node radio so there might be 
something there, even though we have used them before with no issue I 
will look into it might just be this rig.
