[arm-allstar] bbb Initial setup

Hi Doug,
Yes I was using a monitor and keyboard.
I must have been doing something wrong because after it rebooted I
wasn't asked to log in it came straight up with the bbb-allstar prompt.
I started again from scratch and got it right this time, everything is
working. I just have the simpleusb to tune up now. Is Allmon 2 built
into this version?
