[arm-allstar] Updates - RPi3 Now supported

Yes, it works nicely! the feature allows us to quickly switch between 
configurations. We are starting to find that a maximum of + or - 1 db flat 
bandwidth across all our receiver inputs is not tight enough. More work to 
be done.  But the feature works nice
