[arm-allstar] configuration files

Eric,

 Updates to the BBB or RPi2 are always entire image updates so you would start new BUT there is a very good mechanism in the code starting with BBB version 1.2.1 to backup your configuration files to a file or usb stick. You would then read them back into the newly installed image.
