[arm-allstar] Simplex node

I am setting up a simplex node using my BBB. The node will be PL ' D on
both TX and RX. From other notes I've read it looks like I need to find COS
in my radio. Is this correct?  Or can I just use audio in, audio out, ptt,
and ground. I am guessing I need the COS but I want to confirm it.
