[arm-allstar] send courtesy beep to echolink users

I have an Allstar Link repeater node (41741) running on bbb. It has been
running for a couple of weeks and works well.

I have a couple of issues I would like to resolve.

1) I have echolink node (347194) configured and working on the bbb.
The echolink users can connect and talk to the repeater users.

I am trying to figure out how to enable the repeater courtesy beep to
the echolink users that are connected.
In the default install there is no telementary sent to the echolink side
at all other than voice from the repeater side.

Do I need something in rpt.conf for this to work?

2) I would also like to be able to have the repeater id messages sent
to the echolink side.

I can execute this: asterisk -rx "rpt localplay 41741
/etc/asterisk/local/node-id" and it will play the id on the repeater.

If I execute this: asterisk -rx "rpt localplay 347194
/etc/asterisk/local/node-id" I get nothing on the echolink side.

The asterisk command link only shows:
   "Remote UNIX connection"
   "Remote UNIX connection disconnected"

It does not show that it is playing the node-id file.

Do I need to add anything in rpt.conf for the echolink node number?

Thanks,

LaRoy McCann, N5OHO
